 Marc A. Lieberman, Esq.

A certified bankruptcy law specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Lieberman is a trial attorney with special expertise in pre-bankruptcy planning and litigating complex bankruptcy matters on behalf of creditors, debtors, and bankruptcy trustees. John D. Monte, Esq.

John Monte has practiced bankruptcy law for forty years. He was in private practice with Lawrence Kraines who ultimately became the Assistant United States Trustee for the Central District. Thereafter, he worked with Robinson Wolas and Diamant and subsequently ran the bankruptcy department for the West Coast office of Kroll Tract. He joined Saltzburg Ray & Bergman in 1988 and, together with David Ray, was one of the firm’s two Court appointed Chapter 7 and 11 trustees and Chapter 11 Examiner. At the invitation of the United States Trustee, he joined the Steering Committee for Panel Trustees. He was one of two finalists under consideration for appointment by President Clinton as the United States Trustee for the Central District of California. His representative clients include individual and business debtors, creditors, bankruptcy trustees, and creditor committees in cases under chapters 7, 11, and 13. John is admitted to all Districts in the State of California and practices bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, and appellate work in all five of the Central District divisions: Santa Barbara, Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, Santa Ana, and Riverside..
